01 / THE IDEA

Better eating, minus
the daily negotiation.

good-in → good-out removes the planning, shopping, portioning, and daily uncertainty from healthier eating. This isn’t crash-diet food or a freezer full of sad chicken. It’s enjoyable, practical food made to help real people have better options ready when life gets busy.

FROM THE NOTEBOOK

Before it was a menu,
it was a page.

GI→GO didn’t begin in a boardroom. It started with a notebook, a pen, and a practical question: how do you make eating well require less thinking?

Meals, protein, calories, snacks, corrections—even room for a treat. Worked out by hand, then cooked for real.

Actual Day 1 planning notes. Not a marketing prop.

02 / INSIDE THE TEST KITCHEN

Not stock footage.
Actual food.

This is what the earliest version of good-in → good-out looks like: real prep, real portions, and a menu being built in public.

Portions designed
for real life

Satisfying servings built around how people actually eat—not extreme restriction.

Zero guesswork.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks—even something sweet. These are actual early menus, with estimated calories and protein shown for every item.

Is this a subscription?+

No. Founder’s Table participation is not a subscription. The first test is a prepaid three-day package, and applying does not commit you to purchase.

Are calories and protein provided?+

Yes. Clear estimated calories and protein are central to good-in → good-out. Early numbers will be refined as recipes and portions are finalized.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?+

Tell us what you need in the form. The initial menu will be limited, so we can’t promise every accommodation yet—but your input will help shape future options.

When does the first test begin?+

The first three-day test begins once all five Founding Five seats are confirmed. Applicants will hear directly as the table fills.

What does a Founding Five seat cost?+
